Annet Mahendru

Mahendru, a Russian-Indian mother is born in Afghanistan. She is fluent in German Russian and English and additionally speaks French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father as well as mother of a Russian mom. In 2011, she created a choreography that earned her the privilege of appearing on German television as the Russian snowmaiden. Then, she transformed into a Indian dancer. She finished high school at the age of 11 in New York and received a bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. She studied acting classes in the HB Studios. However, she moved on to pursue improvised comedy at The Groundlings School. She was born in Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru and Russian-speaking mom Olga. Her father moved her to East Meadow, New York at the age of thirteen and a half years old. She appears on FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. She is best known as the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova in FX's The Americans. Her most well-known role is her frequent appearances in The Following on Fox, The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
